Our Topic today is: Expanding Your Ability to FOCUS While
Becoming FIRE!!
Focus is a facility of task, destination, such as, “the
focus of the meeting was drug abuse putting immigration right into focus.”

JR: I discover that when I center my attention to a certain
area I can get even more done, efficiently, timely, and effectively.
My level of activity and production boosts, and keeping that
degree of production I really feel excellent regarding myself as well, as a
result of having a great sense of accomplishment.

I maintain my Point of Focus by listing my number of goals
to obtain for that day, week, month, year, and so on. After that I break those
goals down in order to get them done. I

enemy Write them down now and set your timer and do now.

JR: The great thing about light is that when it appears, all
that was in the dark is exposed & will soon be gone. This is why FOCUS on one area is critical to
bringing the light the things that have been causing problems in your
life. For instance, you have some health
issues, start focusing on what has got you to this point of bad, if you could
have control some things then ask yourself, what small steps will it take to
bring your health back into alignment.
1: to concentrate attention or initiative concentrate on the
most pressing demands.
JR: Block out all
distractions, noises, visuals, senses, that don’t belong in your space of
FOCUS. Know what your aim is ignore all
things that don’t pertain to getting the end result. Sometimes it means saying no.
3: to come to a focus: CONVERGE.

The Latin word emphasis indicated “hearth, fire
place.” In the clinical Latin of the 17th century, the word is used to

#1 – Be fearless at what you are called to do in that very
moment of adverse opposition.
#2 – Make your every move intentional, don’t just go through
the motions. Stop playing by the
“cuff”. Plan
#3 – Become Relentless in your daily pursuits. Don’t stop til you have accomplished that
task. It maybe difficult, rest if you
must
but don’t give up. Be Strategic in your efforts.
#4 – Have a Spirit of Excellence with each FOCUSED Task to
reach your specific goals.
Noticed I said to have a spirit of excellence. This doesn’t mean for you to be perfect, but
it does mean that you do your best to produce quality results in whatever you
desire to master or bring into
existence.
